FOOD

   Meals with us are provided in the form of half-board, through a self-service buffet, on the ground floor of the nováELKA villa in the Dalmacija restaurant. 

    Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. They are in continental design. Since breakfast is the basis of the day, we make sure that it is varied, rich and tasty. 

   In the breakfast buffet, you can find: Cold meats such as ham, salami, sausages, semi-hard cheese, butter, processed cheese, spreads, honey, eggs, omelets, heated sausages and sausages, vegetables, fruit, yogurts, salty and sweet pastries fresh from the oven, waffles , toasts, cakes, coffee, tea, milk, cocoa, fruit juices, and you can buy a classic assortment of soft drinks at the bar as in a cafe. 

    For breakfast, clients receive a choice of two soups, one broth with vegetables and noodles and the other a hearty soup, which clients load into portable resealable containers and take with them to the apartment, where they can then eat them according to their needs and hunger heat and consume. 

    Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:30. Dinner is also served via a self-service buffet, clients have a choice of 5 types of food. We focus on our home Slovak, Czech and Croatian cuisine, of course we do not leave out any of the world cuisines, it is most important for us that our clients are satisfied with the quality of the food. There will always be 3 types of pizza prepared for dinner, in addition to those that can be ordered ala carte from the daily menu.

    In the evening at the self-service buffet, there is a drink menu available, which is of course part of the dinner, just like the sweet spot after dinner in the form of mučín or traditionally the best Adriatic ice cream! 

    On the day of departure, clients receive a travel package of snacks and drinks.
